Scope,stress test

Upper GI endoscopy has been done. I have medium hiatal hernia ,plus they did some biopsies .I received a letter from the GI doctor and he stated to go back to primary doctor to see what options are available to me. The letter also stated to go on a proton pump medicine,in which I am already on one, also diet, and loose weight. So I messaged my primary and then she referred me back to GI doctor.

Sometimes I think the medical field just gives u a runaround. Another question is why do when you have an upper GI endoscopy done does the doctor come in and talk to you when you are still out of it ?

Stress test has been done now as well this past week. I woke up with some chest pain ,as I have attribute this as acid reflux.Ultrasound doe of heart before a quick walk on treadmill,I have to note the warm jell from the ultrasound stopped the chest pain.Now on to the quick walk on treadmill ,I got breathless first,this is normal they stated, dizzy then chest pain started and off the treadmill  and back to ultrasound and to catch my breath , to tell the truth this was a blur until I caught my breath. A weird feeling in my right side chest. Nothing was seen to keep me ,so I thought I would have to wait for results until next week......
The next morning a call from my primary care physician and she stated since I had chest pain she is sending me to a cardiologist. That same day I got a call from a cardiologist to set up an appointment .
Appointment made for the next morning, went there and since I had abnormal reading on stress test I got to visit her, a brief family history , a check of BP, listen of heart, a few checks of pulses and now on another medicine due to stress test and a increase in pulse while getting up on table . So now I guess heart issues as well

Er visit

Well the end of November ,I was having chest pain,short of breath,very high blood pressure,called ambulance out here.They put me on EKG , didn't show that I was having anything ,so .I declined a ride and proceeded to go to the ER .Labs were done,x-ray ,Dr asked if I wanted to spend the night and get a stress test done in the morning, I came home due to getting daughter ready for school .So came home .
A visit to my primary doctor ,and she stated that the ER doctor wanted me to have the stress test so she sent a order for that.
Then I was thinking maybe it could bey acid reflux ,so I called my ear,nose throat person and went to them, then they stated they thought I should see another person ,a speech pathologist ,so she can scope me ,I have seen her and she showed me where my voice box and the puffiness on the top and stated I probably need a upper GI endoscopy done due to this .
So I am waiting for this to be done, and to think this all started from taking that steroid, at least maybe it just put more stress on my throat.

Update

Well,my tonsils are still slightly red and now have blister on my throat .

I have gone to another neurologist for a second opinion about the episode in August. He did the usual neuro testing checking strength, refluxes .He asked if I was aware of weakness on the left side,I stated "yes ". My reflux on the left knee took three hits with the reflux hammer to react.He basically stated that I had a migraine with stroke like symptoms.
He was shocked that I had not been prescribed a migraine meds.He also asked if I had ever been checked for mysathenia Gravis,I said no .
So labs for the disease above ,plus prescription for a migraine medicine,in which has not been filled yet.
That's where I stand right now.....
Wondering if the lab work will be positive or negative,

What an ordeal

Well messaged primary doctor and she wanted me to come back see one of the nurse practitioners in the office.So visit with her and another negative strep test and a referral to ear,nose, throat doctor.
That same got a call to make appointment,had to call them the next morning as I was going to a funeral.
I called the next morning and got an appointment for Friday,I was shocked that they got me in so early.So I went ,got scoped while in the office and now am diagnosed with another form of acid reflux, laryngopharyngeal reflux and was put on Zantac .That was last week ,tonsils are still slightly red,but then again I haven't been exactly eating what I'm supposed to be.I swear I have been trying to.

Neuro visit

Well I went to the neurologist and he stated I has a complicated migraine,that's what it was.He also stated,well this is something new.He put me on a steroid, raised my dose of neurotin,put me on prn pain and nausea med.
I took the steroid for 2 days and had to stop because of redness on my tonsils,so message him.i waited a week and still had redness on my tonsils, so went to primary was checked for strep.
I was negative on the strep and was told that the steroid aggravated my acid reflux, and she put me on acid reflux med for a month.
I have been on the acid reflux med now almost 2 weeks and tonsils are still slightly red

What's going on?

I woke up on the 7th of this month feeling like I would fall while I was walking, I mean I  would veer to the left or right while I was walking feeling like something is not right.That night I mistakenly took my morning meds instead of evening meds.

The next morning I woke up with burning in neck,back of head , numbness in three of my finger tips on left hand,.....off to urgent care they diagnosed me with carpal tunnel and tension headache put me on steroids for a few days and gave me a brace for the left hand.

I went home took the steroids ,wore the brace, fingertips we're still numb @times still would veer left or right @times while walking,@times my left toes would be numb .Made follow up with my PC .She really didn't understand why they put me on steroids or they didn't do a MRI but she suspected that they was thinking I had occitptal neurogia .Pc ordered an carodid ultrasound ,it came back fine.

Then on the 17 I had a few seconds of blurry vision along with the numbness burning issues, I had decided to go to urgent care again on Saturday, needless to say I didn't make it to Saturday.

On the 18 I started having left side numbness, blurry vision, along with the burning in neck,back of head , lower part of front of neck , another trip to the urgent Care, while waiting for my mom to take me my left eye closed @least it felt like it did, started walking funny .
Got to urgent care, they did a ekg, xrays of chest and neck,the urgent care doctor was not very nice , then I was ambulance to the ER and given 4 aspirin, labs were done,MRI with contrast , nothing was seen other then what was already there, they didn't know what is going on. Follow up with the neurologist and keep taking a baby aspirin.

My opinion is that I had a mini stroke (tia), which states on a gov website that it won't show up on MRI..... well that's where I stand @now

Update

Speech therapy was more like memory therapy, learned some helpful techinques to help with memory.

I have had a MRI and MRA because of popping in head,nothing was really found ,and was told typically of small vessel disease.
